SNA liberates key town from the shackles of al-Shabaab

The Somali National Army (SNA) backed by its allies from the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) have liberated Mokokori town in Hiran region from the shackles of al-Shabaab after conducting a shock and awe attack on the blood-sucking group.

The operation successfully saw SNA and AMISOM retaking the town which is 40 KMs from Mahaas town in Hiraan region. Prior to the operation, residents reported how the murderous group has harassed and maimed locals taking their livestock and justifying the looting as tax collection.

Security officials said the operation was overwhelming to the blood suckers adding that the group ran away from its weapons and several vehicles that were specifically modified for wars popularly known as technical.

“We can confirm to you that SNA and AMISOM are in absolute control of the town and the enemy is completely driven out,” said an official that is familiar with the operation.
